Fritsch & Co. was founded by international entrepreneur and investor Florian Fritsch. Fritsch & Co.’s headquarter is in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
In 1997 we have started with own developments and subsequently moved into financing of other developers in German speaking Europe. We have built a strong centre of competence and established a successful track record with 65 transactions, underwriting >€250m high yielding private debt. +500.000 sqm financed, acquired, developed and sold. With properties in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Vienna Area. Every deal resulted in a 10%+ IRR.
The venture investments started in 2007, with capital earned from the real estate investments. This was mainly driven through the interest in improving existing systems through technology and making the world more efficient, transparent and economical. 50+ investments including Tesla, followed through with later investments like Delivery Hero, Joulex and Relayr, all stage investments from start-up to exits and IPOs. The recent focus is on GROPYUS a modular, sustainable and fully integrated real estate development company. Kalrock was not only provider of capital but also an active venture partner and a critical link to a broader network of co-investors and industry partners.
