SGE RELEASES forte BPX90: AN EXTREMELY POLAR, THERMALLY STABLE COLUMN
SGE has released a new GC capillary column, forte BPX90. The phase is a uniquely polar phase with high thermal stability (280°C). BPX90's unique polarity will allow users to achieve separation of polar compounds not possible on other columns, in a number of applications including separation of the cis, trans and positional isomers of FAMEs, perfumery, petrochemicals, pesticides, PCBs and aromatics. BPX90 is also an excellent choice for 2D-GC, in combination with non-polar phases. Backed by SGE's capillary column manufacturing facility, SGE's R & D team has accomplished another world first in design and development of premium capillary phases for everyday analyses and niche applications.
