The new Eco-Polarimeter P3000 is an economic version of the famous P8000. It is an easy to use instrument, which measures automatically the optical rotation. The fast measurement, based on a proprietary technology from A.KrüssOptronic and installed in the P8000, is also the key of this instrument. The result appears within 1 second, independent of the measurement angle. The intuitively operated touch screen is part of this instrument as well, but in a simpler version. The polarimeter is supplied with accessories. For the daily work, where a fast measurement is essential, a resolution of 0.01° and an accuracy of +-0.01° is sufficient. This robust instrument is an economic alternative to the big brother. The range of applications of the P3000 is typically in the areas of quality control, control of purity and determination of concentrations.
