The ADP440 is a single wavelength, high accuracy polarimeter of 3-decimal place resolution suitable for use in laboratories where compliance with Pharmacopoeia is required. The instrument has both angular and sugar scales (ISS) and can be programmed using a methods system to provide user scales as well as industry standard methods for displaying concentration, % inversion and specific rotation directly. Data handling is in accordance with GLP and may also be configured in accordance with the technical requirements of FDA regulation - 21 CFR Part 11. When used in the sugar industry, the ADP440 may also form the central hub of a purity system.
