Standard pelletizing systems of C.F Scheer are well known for high production availability and long lasting value worldwide. The extremely compact and robust laboratory pelletizer SGS 25-E4 is based on the proven technology of the SGS E series. It features many of the functions and advantages of its popular "big brother". On a laboratory scale, real full-scale trials can be carried out with the SGS 25-E4. Two independently-controllable drives permit infinitely adjustable length of the pellets. All parts subject to wear are easily changed: rotor, upper and lower feed rolls, while the bearing are maintenance-free. Suited for a 1:1 production trial in the laboratory with up to 4 threads of 3 mm diameter, which are pelletized at 25 mm cutting width. The throughput is 52 Kg/h.
