This enhanced LFRA Texture Analyzer provides increased test method choices, better resolution and improved accuracy. An automated Bloom Gel Test function facilitates rapid analysis for verification of established gelatin specifications. Texture profile analysis using our Excel based software enables the lab technician to generate analytical data comparable to other more costly instruments. Typical food applications include texture measurement of butter and cheese products, sauces, doughs and baked goods, vegetables, meat products, candies, yogurts and puddings.
