High quality water from simple tap water
The PURELAB Option water purification systems from ELGA are an excellent solution to produce water of general laboratory quality from regular tap water. These systems offer a wide range of production rates, suitable for every need, with advanced purification technologies in order to produce pure water on demand. The microprocessor controlled systems guarantee a uniform quality of the water. Different applications in the laboratory require different levels of purity. ELGA offers a wide selection of systems for general laboratory water purification in the series of PURELAB Option with the aim to cover different applications, from the glassware washing up to the feed of ultrapure water systems for preparations of broth for cell cultures. The series PURELAB Option S produces water of a better quality than mono-distilled water; and the series PURELAB Optrion R and E produce water of a higher quality than bi-distilled water. The series PURELAB Option E shows an excellent economic performance for high volume production and in areas where the source water has a high content of dissolved solids. The series PURELAB Option S uses different technologies for purification of water of general laboratory quality, better than a mono-distilled quality. The series consists of small instruments with production rates of 7 and 15 liters per hour, and larger equipments for 30 and 60 liters per hour. The series PURELAB Option R includes additional functions, and produces water of a higher quality, better than bi-distilled water. The smaller instruments produce 7 and 15 liters per hour, the larger 30 and 60 liters per hour. The series PURELAB Option E is a step forward in the economic production of general laboratory water, better than bi-distilled water. This series uses a combination of technologies, which include reverse-osmosis, adsorption, photo-oxidation and electric de-ionization. The key difference is ADEPT, the self-regenerating electric de-ionization, which offers a continuous production of water of high purity, is highly cost saving, and very convenient if compared with de-ionization cartridges, which have to be exchanged periodically, or distillation. Within this series you may select from instruments, which produce 5 and 10 liters per hour, and larger systems that produce 25, 50 and 80 liters per hour.
